Rear Subframe Inserts - SW20 MR2

The Racer X Fabrication rear subframe inserts for the Toyota MR2 were designed to reduce the diameter between the bolt and subframe. The gap between the 4 bolts and the subframe ranges from 0.04” to 0.187” (1mm-4.75mm). This gap allows the subframe to articulate under loading that happens during acceleration. The Racer X subframe inserts reduce this gap while still allowing the subframe to bolt into the factory position. The inserts increase power transfer and improve feedback during acceleration. The inserts are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and designed to work with the OEM bolts from Toyota.
