The Racer X Fabrication cam cap for the 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 for the 3SGTE engine was designed as a direct replacement for the OEM cam cap. The OEM cap is typically quite worn and usually the torx bit bolts are stripped making removal difficult. The Racer X cam cap is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is cut to the same dimensions as the OEM component. The cap includes new bolts, which are not a common thread size. The replacement is a great way to clean up your engine bay or replacement for the stripped bolts.
