To clarify, the Gen2 3SGTE overhaul kits come standard with the stock graphite pressed head gasket. We highly recommend against using this particular gasket for optimal performance and longevity. Instead, we strongly advise choosing the Cometic head gasket, which utilizes Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) technology. This offers a significantly higher quality unit and incorporates newer, more advanced technology.
