This is the factory emblem off a MR2 spyder. They look really good on the SW20 MR2! Choose between blue background or black background.

The Spyder/Midship Runabout emblem is not designed for both locating pins to line up with the existing holes in the SW20 bumper. The installation procedure is:

The upper locating peg on the new emblem is removed/snipped and filed flush, because it is offset and does not correspond with the factory upper mounting hole.
The lower peg on the new emblem fits into the lower factory hole from the original Toyota badge.
The emblem is then properly aligned and secured using the factory-applied adhesive backing.
