Remanufactured Brake Calipers for the AW11 chassis.

The caliper mounting brackets (to hub) are different from 1985-1986 AND 1987-1989. The brake calipers that we sell are from 1985-1986 so you will need to SWAP your 87-89 brackets to your new calipers. If you have an 85-86, these bolt straight on.

NOTE:
Since the 1987+ brake rotors are 4mm thicker than the 85-86 rotors, you may have to sand your new brake pads by 2mm on each side for these calipers to fit your 1987+ MR2. This is not the case for every car since all manufacturers make their brake pads to different thicknesses. Your experience may vary

NOTE 2:
you may have to sand the paint off the flange where the brake line attaches to create a good seal for the fluid. Unfortunately this is out of our control and how the manufacturer paints the calipers after the rebuilding process.
