MAY 2023 UPDATE: All compressors now have the 93+ small plastic connector. If you have a 1990-1992 MR2, you will need to crimp on your existing spade connector or install a new spade connector. Its only 1 wire and takes 1 min to install.
This is a Remanufactured A/C Compressor for the SW20 Chassis 1990-1999
Each reman compressor goes through a rigorous remanufacturing process to meet strict standards for quality. If the part does not meet their stringent specifications, it is replaced with a factory-new component or the part is scrapped out. - This compressor contains Shipping Oil Only
- Drain / discard shipping oil and add manufacturer's recommended type and amount of A/C Refrigerant Oil through drain bolt or suction port (check underhood label for system requirements)
- 100% vacuum and leak tested for long life and proper performance
- Includes required o-rings / sealing washer for ease of installation
Service Tip:Â Once filled with oil, place or hold the new A/C Compressor with the front seal facing down for 1-3 minutes. This will help coat the seal with oil - if this seal is not lubricated before installation, refrigerant may leak.
