Top Speed CHE Header – Toyota MR2 Spyder 00-05 1ZZ – Stainless

The 2000-05 MR2 Spyder came from the factory with a stock header containing two precats. Not only are these pretty restrictive but they also tend to degrade over time and as early as 40k miles into their life they may be disintegrating, shedding ceramic dust into the engine. This has been the cause of oil consumption and ultimately rod bearing failure for too many MR2-S owners to count. Get rid of those pre-cats before it’s too late!

*Note* If using with stock catpipe, some trimming/grinding on the pipe ends at the flange will be required. No modification needed if using CHE or PPE downpipes or cat pipes.
