This is the transmission fluid of choice for PRIME when we have transmissions that are lightly grinding and stiff to get into gear. We've used this Redline Lightweight Shockproof MANUAL TRANSMISSION FLUID on all of our manual transmission cars with GREAT success. E153 transmissions require 3.5 qts. S54 transmissions require 2.7 qts.
